Mr. Zarcaro is the principal of the law firm of Zarcaro & Associates, A.P.C., with offices in San Diego, California. The firm’s practice is limited to estate planning, asset protection and trust administration. The firm’s goal is to provide the highest quality legal work in a warm, personalized boutique setting.

John received his law degree from the University of San Diego where he received the American Jurisprudence Award and the Prentice-Hall Tax Award. Mr. Zarcaro began practicing law in 1992 and focuses his practice on the areas of estate planning, trust administration and asset protection.

In the area of estate planning, Mr. Zarcaro has extensive experience structuring various integrated estate plans, including Medi-Cal estate plans. Mr. Zarcaro personally consults with every client regarding their estate plan and is available to answer any questions they may have.

In the area of trust administration, Mr. Zarcaro uses a systems approach which brings structure and formality to the administration process after death. The system includes procedural checklists; a case database; forms for trust administration documents; and a calendar system to track critical dates.

In the area of asset protection, Mr. Zarcaro assists high net worth individuals and successful businesses in protecting their assets from potential creditors by concentrating on properly structuring asset ownership and business entities and operations.

Mr. Zarcaro has prepared more than five thousand estate plans. John is devoted to assisting his clients in creating and preserving wealth for themselves and for future generations. Many of John’s clients have referred their friends and families, because they are satisfied with the professional service he provides.
